This attached fairly easily on the bar under the seat of my Pride Go-Go scooter with the provided hardware. I really like how it can be easily shortened or lengthened to where I can make it all the way down to the seat back or up 6 ft.It's pretty much a copy of the old radio antennas they used to have on cars. I'd be afraid that it would end up bending too on a vehicle that goes really fast, like a motorcycle, although it is quite springy so that may not be a problem.The flag could be a little larger, but I'm sure if you needed to you could replace it with a larger one fairly easily.
